These are NPN inductive proximity sensors that are 12mm (1/2") in diameter. They have a detection range of 4-6mm to steel. Each sensor has an LED light to quickly indicate detection, and features an M12 x 1 threaded body that provides fine adjustment of detection distance for precision homing and limit function.
You receive 5 sensors, 2 for the Y axis, 2 for the X axis, and 1 for the Z axis. Also included are 3 position terminal blocks with covers for secure connections along with 15' of 22awg shielded cable for each axis. Mounting instructions are included.
The G3CNC XYZ corner finding touch plate allows for quick and exact setting of your tool height and work piece corner/edge location.
Just position the touch plate on top of your material at the corner, connect the magnet to your spindle collet, and use the Auto Z Touch Plate function in Mach 3/4. The Z axis will slowly move in the X direction until the bit makes contact with the plate. Next the Z axis will move in the Y direction until the bit contacts the plate. Finally the Z axis will climb above the plate then slowly move down until the bit makes contact with the touch plate. The system will automatically set the Z height and location to that of your work piece. The auto Z script for Mach is included. The touch plate is reversible for Z height only touch offs. Flip the plate over to use the side without the corner finding function.
The plate is made from grade 6061 aluminum and is precision machined to a 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" square. The plate thickness is .47" thick and the perimeter is .563" thick. The signal wire is secured to the plate in one of two locations with a 90 degree banana pin. The two connector points insures that the signal wire will not interfere with the auto zero Z axis movement process.
The G3CNC accessory controller is designed to allow you to plug in your standard wood router, water pump, dust collector, or any other accessories. This unit will allow you to switch them on and off through Mach 3/4 M command codes. The unit is made from 1/2" and 1/4" birch pure bond plywood that you can leave unfinished or finish it with stain or paint.
This unit is for the original steel case unit controllers only! The new controller units have this built into the units! The unit is 9"W x 4.75" H x 5.75" D. comes with 2 solid state relays and heat sinks. The panel mount plugs are rated up to 120V and a max of 15A. The controller also comes with a 60MM 18CFM fan and has a 2" exhaust port on the opposite end. You must turn on output 4 to operate the fan! There are two green LED power indicator lights that come on when you plug the unit in, this indicates power is reaching the unit. The unit also comes with 1 6' power cord and 2 5' 18ga shielded cables that connect to outputs 3 & 4 on both models of the G3CNC Controllers.
The G3CNC Manual spindle controller was designed to bypass your controller and connect directly to your spindle's VFD. This allows you to adjust your spindle speed at the table while your cnc is running without pausing and stopping your machine. This unit comes with setup instructions.
The unit is in a compact 4"x4"x 2" PVC waterproof box. it comes with 1 8' 18ga shielded 2 wire cable and 1 8' 18ga shielded 3 wire cable. Once you make the setting changes to the VFD and wire the unit up, simply power on your VFD and turn the unit on and you have the spindle speed control with the rotary switch. Setup instructions are included!
